## Job description

岗位职责 【岗位职责】 1）负责经营管理类系统架构设计及研发，对医疗业务有充分的理解，分解、抽象能力，有成熟的大型医疗集团HRP系统、BI系统等建设经验； 2）负责对系统不足进行改进和优化，实现面向未来的系统规划、设计和落地，把控系统的设计、落地以及运维，协调业务发展，把控系统实施节奏； 3）负责制定技术开发规范、技术选型、抽象、提炼、封装公共组件，如服务框架、工作流等，负责项目研发过程的技术评审工作； 4）负责BI系统的设计、开发、实施，与业务方、产品经理协作梳理需求，持续迭代数据集成、治理、分析； 5）有跨机构开发的协调、推动能力；有较好的项目风险控制意识；能对产品的交付结果负责； 6）负责公司技术的创新和优化，引入和探索最新的技术和方案，提升产品的用户体验和竞争力。 任职资格 【任职资格】 1）计算机及相关专业，本科以上学历，5年以上软件系统架构和开发经验； 2）精通Java/C++等编程语言、常用数据结构及算法，熟悉JVM原理，能对JVM进行性能调优； 3）精通设计模式及多线程并发设计，有丰富的Linux平台开发及网络编程经验； 4）熟悉MYSQL、Oracle等数据库使用； 5）熟悉redis,kafka,dubbo,springcloud等常用框架或中间件的使用和优化及基于此的架构设计； 6）熟悉Tomcat、Nginx等服务器安装、配置及应用管理； 7）有UML、数据接口等设计经验，有开放平台、API设计经验者优先； 8）熟悉医疗大数据，CDR，ODR，RDR有相关产品开发或项目上线经验优先； 9）熟悉大数据技术，Hadoop，Spark，Flink,Doris,Hudi等相关技术； 10）有大型医疗集团HRP系统、BI系统等经验者优先考虑，具有较高的复杂业务场景的抽象能力； 11）热衷于业界新技术的研究并能将新技术合理运用到系统设计中； 12）具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神，能承受工作压力，富有进取心，自驱能力强者优先。
