## Job description

岗位职责
- 车险事故及损失信息的查勘，判断保险责任；
- 对于出险案件，根据需要承担指定案件的定损职责；
- 协助客户处理事故善后；
- 指导客户填写及收集索赔资料、协谈沟通；
- 完成车险案件的实地复勘及调查工作，并撰写复勘报告及调查报告；
- 提升车险服务质量的其他工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，汽车类、机械类、自动化类、电子及交通运输类等相关专业；
- 熟悉汽车构造、汽车理论、汽车维修流程，了解配件市场；
- 刻苦耐劳、认真细致、责任心强、有较强的沟通协调能力；
- 品格正直、诚实守信；
- 持C1以上驾照，能熟练驾驶者优先录用。
