## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对接平安集团各保司，挖掘其B端资源及央国企客户的健康管理需求；协助渠道公司梳理客户需求，提供专业的健康管理解决方案；
- 维护与渠道关系，配合保司公司进行客户拜访，推动项目合作落地；参与央国企客户的招标流程，协助准备投标文件、技术方案及商务方案；
- 能跨部门协调公司内部资源（产品、运营、技术等），确保客户需求得到高效满足；
- 负责重点客户运营服务，跟进不同阶段的用户周期，制定不同的宣导培训计划、活动方案、运营策略，提高客户满意度和活跃度，提升客户的使用率；

### 针对重点客户策划执行年度健康职场活动，联动公司医疗资源及线下直付商户至企业职场兼顾服务高管、经办、职工提升客户体验及满意度，提升消费GMV； 任职资格 任职要求（薪资以业务承接及达成为准）
- 1、大专及以上学历，健康管理、市场营销、工商管理、医学相关专业优先； 2、3年以上健康管理、保险、医疗健康或相关领域工作经验； 3、有央国企客户资源或服务经验者优先； 4、熟悉招投标流程，有独立承接2000万以上央国企项目服务经验者优先； 5、专业技能：熟悉健康管理行业及央国企客户需求，具备较强的市场洞察力和商务谈判能力；具备优秀的沟通协调
