## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定和完善全行风险政策和信贷管理制度，确保其符合监管要求和银行发展战略；
- 深入解读国家和监管政策，结合银行实际情况，制定配套风险政策和措施，并开展政策培训宣导；
- 深入研究区域经济和产业发展动态、政策环境、市场趋势及潜在风险，指导分行制定属地化风险政策；
- 建立和完善风险政策执行效果的监测机制，持续跟踪并定期检视风险政策执行情况，提出优化建议并形成报告。 任职资格
- 金融、经济、财务等相关专业，大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有5年以上对公授信审批或信贷管理经验，3年以上金融机构总部工作经验，具有风险政策制定相关工作经验；
- 精通国家金融监管政策、风险管理理论及财务、法律基础知识，对行业和区域风险具备较强的分析判断能力；
- 具有较强的沟通和协调能力；
- 具有良好的职业道德，诚实守信，廉洁自律，无不良从业记录。
