## Job description

岗位职责
- 高额、高风险、通融、投诉争议案件处理
- 理赔诉讼案件的咨询反馈；
- 作业培训及材料编写，开展远程或现场培训；
- 理赔规则体系，个险规则编写及宣导
- 新产品理赔运营规则的制定
- 前线业务支持和巡讲、新产品培训、理赔营销案件编写等； 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，医学、法学、保险等相关专业；
- 有3年以上理赔案件审核处理等相关工作经验；
- 能制定梳理理赔规则、流程等；
- 性格认真仔细，富有责任心；积极主动；
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、勤奋努力的性格。
