## Job description

岗位职责
- 依据总行零售风险KPI体系及计分规则，负责制定辖属二级机构零售风险KPI考核体系并落实相应的考核。
- 负责制定对业务团队的零售风险KPI考核体系，并落实具体的考核。
- 根据分行的风险表现，负责对分行零售信贷业务开展专项数据分析，并提出相应的管控建议。
- 负责落实零售贷款贷后管理工作要求，按照制度规定和总分行相关要求，开展各项贷后管理工作，包括但不限于各类预警排查、监管检查、稽核检查及贷后资金流向监测等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上银行信贷业务经验，有风控从业经验的优先。
- 熟悉银行业监管政策，掌握金融、财会、法律基本知识，熟悉风险管理基本政策制度和风险流程，具备良好的职业操守。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、具有较强的责任心和团队精神，具有较好的抗压能力。
- 符合总行零售信贷风险管理部及分行其他管理要求。
