## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据分行制定营销策略，落地实施相应公司代发客群维护及激活工作；
- 负责衔接各分支行，网点及经营机构，做好全渠道代发，收单业务等业务的交叉联动及业务落地；
- 负责行内各项客户代发活动的开展，提升渠道经营销的获客能力；
- 为批量获客客户提供信用卡、贷款、理财等综合金融服务；
- 负责属地商户的拓展、经营、维护及提升；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务健康发展；
- 完成总行下发的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，用持有基金从业资格证者优先考虑；
- 一年以上金融行业从业经验，有电销从业经验者优先考虑；
- 普通话标准，沟通能力强，能承受一定的工作压力。
- 认同平安文化，职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为；
- 符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
