## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责经营数据分析，构建经营数据指标体系，搭建和完善基础数据建设，保障底层数据的准确可靠以支撑业务端精细化分析和管理。
- 深入理解业务，建立并不断优化业务层面数据分析模型，搭建可视化看板，对经营数据进行深入的剖析和洞察，为绩效策略的应用提供强有力的数据支持，驱动业务优化迭代。
- 对接各业务方向，对关键经营数据进行整合、分析，定期生成数据周报/月报，动态发现问题，寻找解决方案。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、金融、大数据等专业背景； 2.3年及以上工作经验，有商业分析、数据分析、项目PMO相关工作经验； 3.熟练使用SQL、Python等工具，能够自行加工所需要的表数据； 4.有良好的逻辑思维和商业判断能力，数据敏感性强； 5.跨团队协作和沟通能力强，目标驱动、抗压能力强，能够快速学习。
