## Job description

岗位职责
- 销售业绩数据的统计分析和报告，市场销售策略的制定；
- 渠道业务发展状况分析与政策建议；
- 总部各项激励方案的配套案的推动、追踪及实施；
- 复杂类产品/大项目支持（如方案及标书制作、缴费测算、陪同业务员展业等）； 组织进行产品宣讲、渠道政策解读、产品销售技巧等培训。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.2-3年相关工作经验 3.精通PPT、excel、office 4.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有优秀的逻辑推理、创新能力
