## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、平安集团正式编制的内勤管理培训生，无销售任务； 2、管培方向：入职轮岗-定级定岗-晋升晋级； 3、通过轮岗了解和掌握平安健康保险江苏分公司各模块的专业知识及技能； 2.1、进行定期的轮岗自我评估及360度考核最终定岗； 2、负责轮岗期间各模块的实体工作并高效的执行和完成。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-1年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
