## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实分公司各项经营管理制度，对机构业务达成和KPI负全责；
- 与政府监管部门、职能部门保持良好沟通联络；
- 负责机构业务的销售推动，保证业务合理增长；
- 合规经营，确保机构不发生重大经营、财务风险。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，年龄40岁（含）以下，如特别优秀适当放宽年龄限制；
- 认真负责，严守底线，具有较强的业务推动与团队管理能力；
- 从事金融工作3年以上或者经济工作5年以上，担任过保险公司高级管理人员2年以上或担任过保险公司分公司、中心支公司部门主要负责人以上职务2年以上；
