## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹开展分公司合规管理工作，推动合规管理体系建设，包括合规审查、内控评价、合规事件处理、问责处罚、合规考核等；
- 组织培育合规文化，开展合规培训，推动全体员工遵守行为合规准则；

### 合同审批、法律评审、诉讼案件处理
- 审批公司合同及相关签报，把控法律合规风险，针对各部门问题咨询出具专业法律合规意见，负责合同、追偿等非理赔类案件及部分非车险理赔类案件的处理；
- 上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 法律法学专业；
- 思维清晰，有责任心，具有良好的执行力、沟通表达能力。
