## Job description

### 岗位职责 支行对公副行长需根据职责分工和行长授权，对分管工作负责，包括
- 参与支行发展规划、经营策略的研究制定，并负责分管工作的组织实施；
- 配合协助行长分管对公日常工作，达成分管工作考核指标和管理目标。
- 完成行长授权或交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 资历要求
- 具备对公业务相关经验，近2年担任支行管理干部，过往业绩优秀；

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，名校及硕士以上优先；

### 合规要求
- 无违法违规违纪及不良从业记录；

### 能力要求
- 具备相关业务知识及专业能力、良好的沟通协调能力、管带队伍能力和执行力；

### 其他要求
- 党员优先。
