## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责推动分行零售私财板块产品、推动、销售赋能； 2、在业务推动过程中提升销售队伍专业能力、协助客户陪访、重点产品销售、话术等营销工具开发和培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先；
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先；
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力；
- 目标感强，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
