## Job description

岗位职责 内控合规主任是网点各项风险管理工作的主要执行人，负责全面监控网点业务的合规风险和操作风险，并协助支行行长监督网点的销售风险。

### 内控合规主任主要职责包括

业务管理、业务授权、业务检查、合规管理、三反工作、实物管理及运营委派的其他工作（） 任职资格 1、具备三年以上运营工作经验正式员工，派遣和实习员工不得担任内控合规主任职责。 2、熟悉银行柜台业务各项规章制度和系统操作流程。 4、最近年度的考核排名在C+及以上（内部）。
