## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻执行公司规章制度、监管规定、行业自律规范及法律法规，依法合规经营；
- 达成上级公司下达的各项经营目标；
- 销售工作的组织实施，客户关系、外部公共关系维护，推动业务持续发展；
- 线上化工作的落地和承接，以及经销商的拓展和维护；
- 队伍有效增员和日常培养；
- 经营组织日常基础管理。 任职资格
- 全日制大专及以上学历；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力；
- 具备较强的执行力、业务拓展能力、推广能力及管理能力；
- 掌握一定保险产品知识，对保险行业有较强认同感；
- 各类办公软件操作熟练掌握、学习能力强、细心耐心。
