## Job description

岗位职责
- 为分行一线人员提供银行保险产品培训、销售技巧辅导、实战演练等销售支持；
- 组织、策划、推动银行保险类产品营销活动；
- 发挥综合金融优势，协助理财经理为重点客户提供综合化的银行保险产品配置方案，陪同面谈，促成签约；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力；
- 责任心强，合规意识高，能遵守银行相关法律法规与内控制度。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 金融业营销经验3年及以上，过往业绩表现良好；
- 积极进取，抗压力强，系统思维，目标导向，纪律及合规意识强。
- 熟悉营销流程和保险产品，有一线销售经验，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先。
