## Job description

岗位职责
- 以公司业务守则依据，在权限范围内对投保客户健康及财务风险进行审核，以决定是否承保及如何承保
- 及时解答核保相关疑问，提供机构业务端核保支持
- 及时发现、上报、处理作业中的问题、争议，优化、完善各类核保流程（系统、流程、机构端等）
- 参与专业课件研发、案例编写及研讨、业务培训等项目性工作
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上

### 专业
- 医学及相关、金融、保险、统计。

### 核心能力
- 具有较强的学习领悟、逻辑思维、团队协作、沟通表达、执行能力，细心严谨、有责任心
