## Job description

岗位职责
- 深入了解各部门业务模式，负责对接业务线的预算编制，包括关键业务经营举措抓手及驱动漏斗，推动解决预算过程中的问题，完成与集团、各相关团队的沟通
- 负责业务线的业绩管理及经营分析管理工作，动态监测经营指标，过程中进行滚动预估追踪达成，定期出具管理报表及预算分析报告，提出改进建议
- 负责统筹建立分中心、分业务、分产品的多维度投产分析体系，推动投产考核评价，为管理层决策提供支持
- 其他临时交办的任务 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，财会类、金融类等相关专业，四大、知名咨询公司、互联网行业背景优先
- 熟练掌握OFFICE各项办公软件，特别是Excel和PowerPoint
- 良好的报告撰写能力、数据分析能力、解决问题能力
- 具有较强的经营管理及投产管理意识，较强的逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力
- 工作专注细致，有责任心，有活力，有创新和团队合作精神
