## Job description

岗位职责
- 开发和维护高净值客户，为高端客户提供专业的资产财富管理建议和服务
- 老客户维护和再开发，主动、积极的为客户进行资产规划
- 组织筹备客户沙龙和讲座等活动，通过客户沙龙和讲座活动提升客户转化率，维护良好健康的客户关系
- 完成公司制定的考核目标 任职资格 1.本科以上学历 2.3年以上金融行业营销经验 3.1年以上团队管理经验，大型企业销售团队管理经验者优先
