## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过圈子经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式服务和经营重点客群，线上线下相结合，达成业绩指标；
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷经理，共同协助重客服务好客户；
- 做好重点客群的银行服务，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度；
- 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保业务健康发展；
- 完成上级交办的其他各类工作事项。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历,学士及以上学位。 2.1年以上金融从业经验优先，熟悉银行产品，持AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先。 3.性格开朗大方，具有良好的人际交往能力，抗压能力强；有服务意识和销售特质，责任心强。 4.纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
