## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责政保业务发展和品质经营结果，执行上级机构品质考核方案，落实业绩、品质管控目标
- 参与并协助目标市场调研，负责目标单位关系维护
- 结合要求推动三级机构业务发展，建立并完善三级机构业务追踪体系
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。" 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉运用PPT、EXCEL等常用，可基本独立解决复杂问题，严谨细致、拓展性思维能力强；
- 具备销售意识，具有良好的沟通协调能力、落地执行能力、有责任心，做事耐心、细心者优先；
- 有相关工作经验者优先；
