岗位职责
- 协助负责人，参与业务团队人员管理工作；
- 负责业务团队人员的业绩考核、薪酬核算等工作；
- 负责协助业务经营分析；
- 其他领导交办的事宜；100 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备证券从业资格；
- 具有较强的数据分析及处理能力、熟悉业务；
- 具有较好的学习能力，沟通能力，责任心。
