## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务规划与目标达成
- 制定并实施政保业务的年度及长期发展规划，确保业务目标的达成。负责政保业务的市场分析、需求调研及策略制定，推动业务增长。

### 政策类业务开拓与维护
- 负责与相关部门、医疗机构及社会组织的沟通与合作，建立并维护良好的政企关系。深入挖掘政策类项目合作机会推动项目落地。

### 政策解读与产品创新
- 关注国家及地方政策动态，解读政策文件，为业务发展提供政策支持。参与政策类保险产品的设计与优化，推动符合市场需求的创新型产品的开发。 任职资格
- 具备3年政策类保险工作相关经验，有落地政策类保险项目经验。
- 熟悉政保业务的运作模式及政策法规，具备较强的市场分析能力和政策解读能力。
- 熟悉健康险、医疗险等相关产品，具备一定的产品创新能力。
