## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹组织不动产项目前期开发规划、勘察设计、概念方案、品质定位等策划、评估工作。
- 统筹工程项目方案规划、设计优化、扩初设计、专项设计等全过程规划设计管理。
- 统筹负责工程项目建筑设计质量管理和设计进度管理。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，建筑、土建类相关专业；

### 相关经验
- 三年以上工作经验，有不动产项目开发、规划设计背景；

### 能力要求
- 掌握工程建设开发管理流程，熟悉不动产相关土建、结构、建筑、工程、设计等工作标准和流程；掌握建筑工程规划设计知识体系和实践方法，能熟练运用现代项目管理理论，从事规划设计管理工作。
