## Job description

岗位职责

### 不动产股权业务审查
- 负责不动产股权投资及创新业务的评审工作，包括项目审查，现场尽调，撰写评审报告等，协助内外部相关审批流程，推动项目落地；
- 不动产股权项目运营管理与退出管理，对项目退出进行研判，提出评审意见，把控项目投后风险，提示风险化解；

### 策略更新与投资制度建设
- 不定期检视策略适配性，根据公司与业务团队相关要求进行制度建设与完善； 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融，财务相关专业；
- 具有3年以上风险评估工作经验，有险资股权业务经验者优先考虑；
- 逻辑思维能力强，有较强的沟通协调与表达能力；
- 责任心强，踏实肯干，具有良好的职业道德。
