## Job description

岗位职责

### AI转型
- 统筹个非车的AI能力与业务场景融合建设及迭代，规划并落地AI在个非经营、核保作业、产品定价、业务推动、合规风控等领域应用，结合用户声音闭环迭代，实现全场景赋能；

### 平台建设及运营
- 负责个非车智、个非核心承保及批改端到端全全流程的功能规划、设计、建设及迭代，统筹需求管理和落地推广，持续围绕经营策略优化匹配平台能力，支撑个非车精细化经营发展；

### 队伍能力建设
- 聚焦个非车精细化经营转型发展方向，围绕队伍选-用-育-留-退全周期链路，搭建队伍能力评价体系、两核管理体系及分层分类培训体系，促进队伍能力进阶及发展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备相关岗位工作经验；
- 具备数字化、智能化平台规划、建设或运营经验；
- 具备良好的数据分析及数字化运营能力；
- 具备良好的统筹推动、沟通协调及团队协作能力；
- 具有企业级数字化平台或大型系统建设项目经验者优先。
