## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责本行理财，存款，基金等财富产品推动，根据产品推动节奏及要求，实现业务目标；
- 对业务指标数据开展分析，形成专项策略推动业务发展；
- 根据本分行队伍特点，提升一线队伍财富产品配置能力。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融类相关专业优先；
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验者优先；
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，目标感强，工作中积极主动思考；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强。
