## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略，统筹参与拟定公司各板块的组织架构设计、岗位管理、人力编制等工作。
- 配合公司战略及业务发展目标，参与制定人力发展规划，定期开展专项分析，分析人力资源价值的有效性。
- 研究分析不同业务、不同条线的人才结构，满足业务发展，构建组织能力及人才发展需要。
- 其他项目性工作及上级交派的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 具有1-3年以上大型企业、金融机构人力资源工作经验，熟悉人力规划或组织规划模块工作，平安系统内任职经验者优先，有乙方咨询机构相关项目工作经验优先。
- 皮实乐观，积极主动，逻辑思路清晰，有较强的系统思考能力，洞察分析能力强，具备较强的数据分析和总结能力、沟通协调能力
- 熟练使用PPT等办公软件
