## Job description

岗位职责 1、在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下，通过线上线下联动进行 “获客 ”及“活客 ”。 2、“获客 ”：基于客户的全生命周期 ，以“批量 +散打 ”的方式获取客户 ，扩大客户规模 。通过数字口袋对接大流量平台 ，围绕供应链，通过新型供应链拓展上下游中小微客户。 3、“活客 ”：通过挖掘和满足所管辖基础客户需求 ，引导客户加载产品，提升客户活跃度贡献度 。 4、防范业务风险，配合反洗钱等风险防控工作。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，有1-3年银行工作经验； 2、35岁以下，具有较强的市场营销能力； 3、有较强的学习能力， 在规定时间内通过客群经理资质认证； 4、具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，有较强事心进取精神，无不良记录； 5、有相关行业工作经验或科技背景优先 ； 6、符合总分行其他管理要求
