## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责证券App交易模块的需求分析与功能设计，优化核心交易链路，提升转化与留存；
- 深入理解行情与交易数据的结合场景，链路及功能设计上强化交易决策和下单衔接；
- 探索交易信号提示、交易方案推荐、持仓诊断建议等交易场景的AI应用落地；
- 与运营、合规、技术、设计等团队紧密配合，把控项目节奏，确保高质量交付；
- 关注行业竞品动态及监管政策变化，持续输出产品创新方案。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上证券/基金/期货等金融交易类产品经验；
- 熟悉A股交易规则，对交易系统、订单类型风控合规有较深理解；
- 数据驱动，具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并指导产品迭代；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、跨团队沟通协调能力和抗压能力；
- 有AI相关产品经验，或对AI技术在金融场景的应用有深入研究和落地实践者优先。
