## Job description

岗位职责
- 策划类 1）营销竞赛方案策划，宣传视频、H5、海报等文案撰写 2） 营销线上功能开发需求提交 3） 营销活动策划，活动设计、执行、宣传等
- 推动类 绩优相关指标推动，推动机构指标达成，调研了解问题，提供解决建议
- 分析类 绩优指标分析，通过数据库提取数据，制作分析报告 任职资格

### 学位、专业
- 正规院校本科及以上学历、金融/保险/经济管理/统计/市场营销等专业

### 工作经验
- 两年以上营销从业经验，具有基层营销管理经验及营销策划经验为佳

### 专业技能
- 具有较强的沟通协调、数据统计、分析归纳及文字写作能力

### 基本能力
- 熟练使用EXCEL、powerpoint等办公软件

### 其他
- 吃苦耐劳
