## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责 任职资格 工作职责
- 现有平安寿险销售渠道的维护；新产品的宣导和推广
- 对寿险代理人、寿险综拓专员进行各类产品培训、展业辅导
- 对寿险机构进行各类形式的日常沟通、业务有效追踪、关系维护等
- 各类客户的新保、续保服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理
- 微信群建设、各类线上平台运维、以及各类方案的制作和追踪 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，
- 有较好的沟通协作能力，1-3年相关寿险渠道销售工作经验优先考虑
- 可接受短途出差
