## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责保险私募基金及REITs领域的不动产及基建股权及夹层业务投资机会挖掘，包括渠道营销、项目承揽、方案设计、项目谈判、尽调评估、财务测算、报告撰写及内外部审批等工作。
- 立足不动产及能源基建等符合保险资金投资偏好的领域，维护业务渠道和客户关系，挖掘符合保险资金投资要求的另类业务机会。
- 收集、整理相关行业各项政策及法律法规，收集、分析相关行业及市场数据，掌握行业发展动态;收集、分析相关行业投资及收并购动态。
- 其他事项:负责完成上级领导安排的其他工作 任职资格
- 相关领域3-5年以上的相关工作经验，有3个及以上成功落地项目经验优先;
- 有不动产、能源、高速等相关领域并购或投资经验者优先，对行业格局、业务趋势有理解和思考;
- 国内外知名院校硕士及以上学历，有较强的学习能力和自驱能力;
- 具备良好的财务分析能力和文字功底，有CPA、CFA等相关证书等优先
- 性格开朗，较强的沟通能力和执行力，富有团队合作意识;
