## Job description

岗位职责
- 案件处置与闭环管理。负责重大事件、复杂及疑难急救场景及争议投诉案件的快速研判与处置，协调内外部资源推动案件高效闭环，确保风险可控、客户满意。在案件处理中系统识别流程漏洞和规则缺陷，形成可落地的改进建议。
- 案件复盘与经验体系化。建立系统性案件复盘机制，对典型、标杆及疑难案件进行深度复盘，分析案件处置中的关键节点、成功经验与改进空间，提炼可复用的处置要点、沟通话术和判断逻辑，推动个案经验向组织级能力的系统化转化。
- 知识沉淀与标准固化，将复盘经验转化为业务规则、处置标准和操作指引，持续优化服务流程与处置规范，形成处置案件、沉淀标准、涵盖场景的知识积累机制，为一线团队提供执行依据。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上，医学、护理、急救医学、保险、法律等相关专业优先 2. 5年以上急难救援、医疗服务或相关行业工作验 3. 具备较强的分析和总结能力，熟悉保险产品及权益、服务流程及争议处理机制 4. 主动性强，优秀的沟通协调能力、责任心和抗压能力
