## Job description

岗位职责
- 对医险协同业务数据进行统计分析，支持医险协同方案设计。
- 支持政府项目的管理与交付，确保项目按时、高质量完成。
- 对医院业务数据进行统计分析，形成定期业务分析报告，支持医院运营决策。
- 维护和优化现有的数据分析流程和工具，提升工作效率。 任职资格 1. 2年以上数据分析项目经验，具备处理复杂和多维数据集的能力。 2. 至少精通一种统计分析工具，如Python/R/SAS/Stata等，熟悉常用统计分析方法。 3. 熟悉医保、商保和医院管理中的至少一个领域相关知识，有医院或保险行业背景者优先。 4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，严谨细致，条理清晰。
