## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责处理客户的咨询和投诉，确保客户满意度;
- 协助客户完成保险产品的购买流程，提供专业的建议和指导;
- 定期跟进客户，维护客户关系，提升客户忠诚度;
- 协助团队完成保险产品的推广和销售目标;
- 定期参加培训，更新专业知识，确保信息的准确性和时效性。 任职资格
- 工作地点为上海市;
- 具备1年及以上相关工作经验;
- 熟悉保险类相关知识和业务流程;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识;
- 具备一定的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境;
- 具备良好的语言表达能力，能够清晰地与客户沟通。
