## Job description

### 岗位职责 综合型支行行长对支行整体经营发展负责，具体包括
- 主持支行经营管理工作，制定支行发展规划、经营策略并组织实施，达成各项经营指标；
- 落实队伍建设各项要求，在授权范围内开展党建、干部管理、员工日常管理、人才梯队建设等工作，提高队伍综合素质和战斗力；
- 执行合规及风险控制要求，开展案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消保和声誉风险管理等工作；
- 加强与政府、监管、行业主管部门等单位沟通协调，建立和谐关系，树立品牌形象；
- 完成上级行及条线分配的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备公司及零售业务经验，能够综合运用多种银行金融产品为客户提供综合金融解决方案；
- 从事金融工作4年以上，具备一定团队、支行管理经验，市场开拓意识和营销能力强；
- 具备较强的管理能力、执行能力、团队建设能力，积极进取，能够达成经营目标；
- 符合平安银行亲属规避政策；无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
