## Job description

岗位职责 1、从事宏观经济研究，独立完成常规报告撰写，根据市场热点开展专题研究； 2、服务平安集团和外部买方客户，开展路演和承接专题需求。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济类及相关专业；
- 具有2年以上卖方研究经历，具备清晰研究框架，有高质量学术论文发表者优先；
- 研究和文字功底扎实，工作态度严谨踏实，热爱研究、追求卓越。
