## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责网点营业部的日常运营管理，落实KPI指标；
- 负责网点人员管理，含考勤管理、绩效指标管理、人员风险管理、轮岗安排、人员轮班计划部署；组织网点人员营销工作，定期进行业绩跟踪及检视，组织各类培训；
- 负责厅堂环境管理、客户服务、客户疑难问题解答、服务监督；
- 作为网点运营服务第一责任人，对本网点运营服务工作负责，并直接负责投诉处理；
- 承担网点反洗钱工作职能，组织开展反洗钱各项工作。 任职资格
- 网点运营工作经验5年（含）以上，且有1年内控经理工作经验，原则上从储备营业部经理中选拔；
- 具有全局意识，识别和控制风险能力强；
- 管理能力和号召力强，有能力建设具有凝聚力的团队，具有一定抗压能力。
