## Job description

### 岗位职责 在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下

1、负责团队业务发展规划、人力发展规划。 2、贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务。 任职资格 1、大学本科及以上学历； 2、1年及以上信贷工作经验，有丰富资源的人员优先。 3、丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力。 3、丰富的营销经验及市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务。
