## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的AUM、存款、客户、贷款、营收等指标负责，合理制定达成支行业务目标的具体工作计划并有效实施；
- 统筹好厅堂主管、财富团队长、公司业务团队长等各管理岗位角色，通过有效的日常管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成业务发展目标；
- 作为支行案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消保工作的第一责任人，同时对监管检查及处罚负责，协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规及风险控制要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 三年及以上营销经验，具备丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 具备对公、零售等复合从业履历，能够承担地级市二级分支行的经营管理任务；
- 无违法记录或行业不良记录。
