## Job description

岗位职责
- 积极开拓并维护客户，整理、收集客户资料，了解客户的动态及需求，推广银行各项业务，拓展市场份额；
- 协助客户完成银行经办各类业务所需的文件准备，完成授信个案的财务分析工作，撰写信贷核贷书，准备送审文件以及审贷完毕后各类会签文件；
- 深刻理解公司客户需求并为其制定个性化金融服务方案；
- 严格执行我行信贷政策及相关规范要求，做到合规经营。 任职资格
- 全日制本科（含）以上学历，金融、财经类相关专业毕业；
- 具有三年以上银行公司业务营销或相关工作经验；
- 善于对外沟通，个性良好，具有敏感的市场触觉和拓展业务能力；
- 有一定的财务分析能力，了解产业变化情况，不断学习新知识，有自我发展的强烈欲望；
- 具有良好的中英文水平和熟练的计算机操作能力。
