## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对相关授信业务进行风险评价，撰写风险评价报告，出具独立的风险评价意见；
- 制定各项产品的风险化解及贷后管理模式与流程；
- 跟进授信业务贷后非现场风险监测及现场检查相关工作，组织开展各项专项排查工作，并进行督导与落实；
- 协调、指导、督促分行业务条线的风险管理工作；对授信工作的及时性、有效性及反映客户情况的真实性和准确性等尽职情况进行评价。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融学、经济学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、2年以上风险管理工作经验优先； 3、具备数据分析与数据监测能力，熟练掌握 Excel、Python、SQL 等数据处理工具； 4、具备较强的语言表达能力、写作能力、学习能力、沟通能力和分析判断能力； 5、有良好的职业道德、敬业精神和服务意识，无违纪违规等不良记录。
