## Job description

岗位职责

一、投诉倾向客户拦截；

二、客户投诉问题处理，包括但不限于核实、调查、回复、结案；

三、疑难案件、高风险事件（如群访群诉、自杀倾向客户、负面舆情扩散等）处置，包括但不限于核实、调查、回复、客户面谈、结案；

四、 权限范围处理方案制定。 任职资格

一、大专以上学历，有1年以上咨诉服务岗工作经验或2年以上工作经验；

二、具有银行、互联网金融、融资担保公司等金融类机构工作背景优先；

三、有较强的学习能力及执行力、逻辑思维清晰；

四、熟练使用办公软件；
