## Job description

岗位职责
- 金、普卡客户INBOUND电话接听和OUTBOUND业务处理，确保服务品质与口碑；
- 承接并处理普卡客户投诉抱怨；
- 通过讯息单、邮件等方式与其它部门、外部单位沟通，协调解决客户的问题；
- 客户意见建议收集和反馈；
- 在服务客户同时为公司创造更大价值； 任职资格
- 专科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 普通话标准流利；
- 年龄35周岁以下；
- 能承受一定的工作压力，适应倒班工作；
- 有较强的服务意识、沟通能力、进取心、责任感和团队精神。
