## Job description

岗位职责 1）开展汽车融资租赁业务内部自查自纠，流程诊断，风险漏洞审查等，推动内控缺陷整改及促进业务管理提升； 2）负责内部底线风险的识别、防范，预警，监测； 3）负责统筹、对接集团/公司稽核监察工作，并配合完成内部整改优化； 4）负责总部分配案件/专项的协查， 5）负责汽车方向员工行为规范的建设，合规文化的宣导，提升员工风险履职意识； 6）结合自查自纠情况，总结管理建议，完善业务方向内部管理体系。 任职资格 1）本科以上学历，有内控、稽核、内审、监察经验者优先；有汽车金融行业经验优先； 2）具有较强的责任心和团队意识，诚信敬业； 3）具有较强的沟通协调能力、语言文字表达能力； 4）具有良好的逻辑思维和推理演绎能力，具备较好的文字功底和表达能力；敏捷应对问题和提出解决方案，有推动复杂事项落地能力。
