## Job description

岗位职责

### 市场拓展
- 深入开展行业调研与需求分析，精准把握政策导向、客户痛点与期望，挖掘潜在商业机会；

### 专业支持
- 为客户提供企业年金受托计划设计与投资组合管理咨询服务，定制具有竞争力的企业年金解决方案，驱动客户资产增值；

### 客户服务
- 整合客户全方位信息，通过提供精准化服务支持，构建长期稳定的战略合作关系。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融类、经济类、社会保障类专业优先；
- 具备扎实的专业金融知识储备，了解基金产品运作机制及相关法律法规，持有CFA、基金/证券从业资格证等优先；
- 具备出色的沟通表达能力和人际交往能力，坚韧抗压，责任心强。
