## Job description

岗位职责 1）负责对接保险公司总部及分支机构，推动一键支付产品在各渠道的落地与使用 2）协调内外部资源，制定并执行产品运营策略，提升产品渗透率、使用率 3）维护保险公司客户关系，收集并反馈产品使用中的问题和需求，参与产品优化 4）协调公司内部资源，确保产品在各渠道的顺利推广和运营 5）负责渠道运营数据的收集、分析和汇报，为业务决策提供支持 任职资格 1）2年以上保险公司渠道运营或理赔运营相关工作经验 2）具备优秀的沟通协调能力和商务谈判技巧 3）具有较强的执行力和目标导向意识 4）具备一定的医疗支付产品知识和行业洞察力 5）具有良好的抗压能力和团队合作精神 加分项： 1）熟悉医疗支付产品者优先 2）具有保险公司渠道资源者优先 3）具有支付产品运营经验者优先
