## Job description

### 岗位职责 1 基础运营保障

负责融易、消金条线常规运营水平、SLA合同推进、月度数据\人力账单等 2 流程拆解提效率：负责专项推进客服流程拆解研究，看清L0主流程、L1关键节点流程、L2业务细化流程，用流程视角去重新审视业务现状，从单纯管人到管系统、管流程，结合业务全流程，拆解存在的优化机会点，推动落地带来作业效率的提升。 3 优化迭代运营机制：确保运营指标的稳健性；通过前置排查和风险预警，降低运营波动，提升业务稳定性 4 客户声音专项：负责专项推动业务条线 IB、客诉触点的客户原声，并进行专项分析，跟业务方沟通推动落地上线，确定专题联动研究并输出报告。 5 建立服务结构变化监测机制：识别潜在风险和机会点；通过服务结构的动态调整，优化服务质量和运营效率 任职资格 教育程度 本科及以上，金融，管理、计算机、数据分析等相关专业优先； 相关经验 5年以上客服运营管理工作经验，有保险、银行、信用卡、信贷类运营经验者优先
